WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO JOIN THE BRC BOARD?
A desire to help people less fortunate than I. At the time I joined BRC, it was (and continues to be) an organization with a strong reputation in providing support and assistance to the homeless.

WHAT KEEPS YOU THE MOST MOTIVATED AND ENGAGED WITH BRC?
Knowing that I am a small part of what I consider to be a very effective enterprise in helping the homeless.

IF BRC WERE TO DISAPPEAR TOMORROW, WHAT WOULD BE THE BIGGEST LOSS?
BRC’s disappearance would leave a gaping hole in the advancement of urban social services for the homeless; not just in terms of the actual services that BRC currently provides to the homeless (which arguably could be provided by others), but in terms of the way society thinks about homelessness.

IF YOU WERE TO GIVE SOMEONE ONE REASON FOR WHY THEY SHOULD SUPPORT BRC, WHAT WOULD THAT REASON BE?
Assuming that you have a desire to help the homeless, I can’t think of a more effective way to do so than supporting BRC –from a financial (bang for your buck) perspective, from a success in the sector perspective and from the perspective of a humane and respectful service provider, BRC is a leader.
